Privacy
This puzzle game is a private, non-commercial project. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
What is stored
- In your browser: your progress, records, streaks and settings, in local storage, plus an offline copy of the game. None of it is ever sent to the server.
- On the server: a technical log with only the time, the page requested, the status and the size. No IP address, no browser details, no referrer.
Why
To run the game and to spot errors. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
- The technical log has a fixed maximum size and is kept for at most 90 days.
- What is in your browser stays until you clear this site's data.
Who can see it
Only the administrator. Nothing is sold or shared, and the game loads nothing from other websites.
Cookies
There are no cookies. Local storage is strictly necessary for the game to remember your progress, so there is no consent banner.
Your rights
You can ask what data exists about you, and have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to sjekje.privacy@outlook.com and you will get an answer within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
